From start to finish Yvonne and the team at Compliance Training Solutions have been a pleasure to deal with. We require conflict management training for our three directors, along with our office manager. We weren’t sure exactly what we would need, so Yvonne recommended a syllabus that other clients of hers had received previously. Yvonne arranged for Tony to meet us at a location arranged by ourselves, which added to the convenience of using CTS. It meant that the training could be completed on our terms and in a location of our choosing, which was a huge positive for us. Yvonne and the team at Compliance were very helpful in organising our recent First Aid at Work courses. They offered flexibility on dates, the ability to swap and change candidates, and held the course at one of our own sites.
