Role of The Key Worker

COURSE OVERVIEW

This course will show you can to develop an effective Key Worker system, which will provide a comprehensive approach to managing care in the home. The session will be designed to help us explore the role in relation to the service and prepare a fictional job description.
We will also look at a number of cases and using a key worker approach, plan the care of some service users to attempt to define the role.
