Always helpful and quick to respond

Yvonne is always helpful and quick to respond to our enquiries. She is very informative and offers to seek alternative options when the traditional training schedule is not suitable, such as out of hours training. This supports our staff and ensures we remain compliant and up to date with our training.

We have received positive feedback from our staff for the training given, in particular Fire Marshal and First Aid.

A recent Mental Health First Aid course was tailored for our particular working environment. We worked closely with Yvonne and the trainer to ensure the training remained relevant and informative.

We look forward to continuing working with the team again over the next 12 months.
