COURSE OVERVIEW

This one-day course aims to enable delegates to strengthen team bonds and develop an understanding as to the benefits of good teamwork. Strong team bonds are essential to a business, but successful teamwork can be one of the first things to be affected during difficult times. Delegates are alerted to the warning signs of any weakening of these bonds and given guidance for repairing and protecting them.
